Dieter's Delight ![]() This is my approach to an old problem... OVERWEIGHT This is meant neither to diagnose nor prescribe. We recommend checking with one's doctor.
True diet is based on "lifegiving" or "organic" foods which sustain physical life and give energy or "life" for proper body functioning. "Organic" or "lifegiving" foods are absorbed by the blood stream as nutrients vital to a well-nourished body. These nutrients are used to nourish, repair, and supply life to every cell in every tissue of the body. To have a healthy, vibrant, and trim body is dependent upon the quality and quantity of life giving foods we eat daily. While organic lifegiving foods give vibrant results to our bodies, non-organic or dead denatured cooked foods may clog the functional activity of the body, which may cause physical problems. Overeating such foods may cause a major dilemma, which leads to "weight-gaining". Overeating causes food to stay in the system too long. As one overeats, the digestive system may become overtaxed, and one may experience digestive problems. Poorly digested foods may cause an overweight problem. Weight control thus greatly depends on proper eating habits and proper elimination habits. Meat protein foods are difficult to digest, thus remaining in the stomach too long. Raw fresh frutis and vegetables are the easiest to digest and the best sources for nutrients. CONCLUSION: The foods we eat habitually play the major role in how we look and how we feel. Overweight may trouble over half of our adult population. Overweight may be the first symptom which may lead to more dangerous digestive health problems. This being true, what we eat and when we eat deserve personal attention.
