Home Inspections, LLC will perform a thorough inspection of the property and provide a written report that includes code related references.

In addition to performing inspections on existing structures, we are qualified to inspect new construction in areas that do not have building departments or building codes. These are scheduled inspections while the residence is under construction and can give peace of mind to a new home builder.

Because Mr. Carrigee is the Building Official for the city of Bay St. Louis, he can not accept any work for buildings located in the city limits. This does not prohibit him for working in parts of Bay St. Louis located in Hancock County.

The general service area includes Southeast Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida Gulf Coast. Arrangements to travel to other areas can be made.
