Frank Wallace

Mr. Wallace obtained his BA and MA in history from Mississippi College and has twice served his country during World War II and during the Korean Conflict. He has been a self-employed farmer, teacher and been involved in Research and Development. Now retired, his avocation has been writing and speaking on National Defense and Foreign Policy. In addition to No Bill Clinton in 1996, Mr. Wallace is the author of numerous publications:
